Day 1: Arrivals in Leh

Please land by 1 PM at Leh Airport (Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport)

Pickup Schedule (Group Transfers):

First Pickup: 9:30 AM (land by 9 AM for this)
Second Pickup: 1:30 PM (land latest by 1 PM for this)

  • After airport pickup,check in to Hotel and relax.
  • You can have Lunch at hotel itself (lunch cost is not included)
  • Visit Leh Market in the evening
  • Dinner at hotel

Inclusions:
  • All transportation from Leh Airport to Leh Airport in Force Traveler(s) as per the itinerary. AC is not functional (neither required) in Ladakhi terrain.
  • Stay for 6 nights on twin sharing basis (Leh: 3-star deluxe hotel, Nubra Valley: 3-star resort, Pangong: 3-star deluxe wooden cottages). If you are a couple/friends traveling together and want the same room, please let us know while booking. Else, pairing for solo travelers is done on same gender basis.
  • Meals  in respective hotels (set menus, total 12 meals included, non-veg dishes may not be available in remote areas)
  • Day 1: Dinner
  • Day 2 to 6: Breakfast and Dinner
  • Day 7: Breakfast
  • All entry tickets as per the group itinerary
  • All permits as per the group itinerary
  • Oxygen Cylinder for the group Nubra Valley & Pangong Lake section (Day 4-6)
  • A friendly group leader throughout the tour
  • A local knowledgeable & English professional guide with the group throughout the trip from Day 2-6 (if group size is above 20, otherwise local guide will be there only for Day 2 & Day 3)
Exclusions:
  • Cost of flight/ cab/bus journey from your native city to/from Leh
  • Lunches, any snacks or beverages except those given with the meals (200-400 INR per lunch)
  • Cost of activities such as Bactrian Camel ride (~500 INR), and ATV Ride (~1000 INR)
  • Any additional beverages/ snacks/ meals/ items ordered at the place of stay. We request you settle your bill directly with the staff.
  • Any side dish or extras which ain’t a part of the set menu of included meals
  • Any expense on any items/services which are personal such as driver tips, medicines, toiletries, sun protection creams, snacks, laundry, STD calls, etc
  • Any extra expenses incurred due to delays or route changes arising from bad weather conditions or any unanticipated or uncontrollable conditions
  • Any medical expenses travel insurance or emergency expenses
  • Any other expenses of any nature not included in the INCLUSIONS section
Cancellation Policy
  • 91 days before the trip: 90% refund
  • 61-90 days before the trip: 70% refund
  • 51-60 days before the trip: 50% refund
  • 41-50 days before the trip: 20% refund
  • 36-40 days before the trip: 10% refund
  • Less than 35 days before the trip: No Refund

Please note that the cancellation policy is applicable on full tariff, not the booking amount.
